What is the difference between contact solution and contact rewetting drops?
Q. I have a big bottle of contact solution and a very small bottle of contact rewetting drops that can be used while wearing contacts to rewet them when dryness/blurriness occurs. Is there any difference between the two? Can I use the big bottle of contact solution in my eyes?

A. Contact solution is used to clean your colored lenses, this could be your simple saline solution or a multipurpose solution for disinfecting or cleaning. Rewetting eye drops are used to moisturize your contact lenses. You often use this when the contacts are inside your eyes. How to completely transfer a contact list to a new cellphone?
Q. My mom got a new phone and had me activate it. After I completely did that, she now tells me she wants the entire contact list from her old phone onto her new one. The contact list is 157 contacts. I have backup assistant on the old phone but it won't let me download it on the new one. How can I transfer the contacts without manually typing each one in? M open) open a word processor blank document & then copy from E-m to the WP sheet all the identical stuff - you can toggle between Y! and the WP program via+. Once the stuff is on the WP "sheet", add a New Contact. Enter his/her name @ e-add, then copy the info off the sheet & paste INTO Y! When you've finished pasting, save the changes. Add Contact, yada, yada, yada.

Q. I've always wondered how colored contact lenses work. Are they completely colored, or is there a clear spot in the center for the pupil? If they are completely colored, wouldn't blue contact lenses tint your vision blue, like sunglasses? If there is a clear hole for the pupil, how does the fact the pupil changes size affect things? I would think when the pupil got really small you would see a small circle of the original eye color around it, and when it got big it would tint the edge of your vision.

How many times do you replace your contact lenses case?
Q. I'm new to wearing contacts, and I often read that contact lenses case should be replaced every 3 months to prevent contamination. I plan to take very good care of my contacts, with cleaning and storing them, etc., so hopefully, that means I don't have to keep replacing the case. If you're a contact lenses wearer, please tell me how often you replace yours, and if you have had any problems by using the case for more than 3 months. Thanks.

Q. I coach and parents often give me 2-3 email addresses for contacting them. In the past I've been able to create a category, add the contacts, then edit the category and add the add'l email addresses for each contact. I cannot find this capability on the new contacts in yahoo. Anyone else having this problem or have a solution (without adding a contact for each email address)? Thanks

A. In most cases, the disposable contacts are made of the same material as long-wear lenses. They are just packaged differently. As long as you keep your lenses clean and enzyme them regularly, there should be no problem. But if you start to develop any irritation, toss them and leave the contacts out until it is completely cleared. Also, do not switch brands of solutions while wearing the same pair of lenses. If you want to switch, toss the old lenses, and use only the new product on the next pair. Switching solutions midstream will not hurt your eyes, but the chemical reaction of the different solutions can damage your lenses. As always, for best results, do as your optometrist recommends.

Would I contact each individual PTA for each school in the school district or each Principal or just go straight to the Superintendent? For about 3 years now the population of deer has been increasing in my area and I have come very close to hitting them with my car. My suggestion would be to contact the town/city hall and talk to the parks and recreation department. Or if you have a Game and Wildlife Association they may be able to help out. The other option that I believe someone else posted is to contact the Department of Transportation because they are the ones who actually put most of the road signs up. My suggestion would be to contact the town/city hall and talk to the parks and recreation department. Or if you have a Game and Wildlife Association they may be able to help out. The other option that I believe someone else posted is to contact the Department of Transportation because they are the ones who actually put most of the road signs up. The road I live off of has many curves and looong straitaways and a 45mph speed limit, in a town with no local cops, just county sheriffs and state police but very minimal, so most people speed, especially at night, which is when the deer are… [cont.]
